Cancel the next renewal

Open your account and subscription management. Paddle provides cancellation through its secure portal. You can also contact [email protected] or Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and keeps access until the end of the paid period. You do not need a reason or have to wait until that period ends.

Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the current month or year. Check the access end date before confirming. Beta and Founder contracts keep their original policy; cancelling or changing them may affect continuation of protected pricing under the terms you accepted.

Withdraw from the first purchase

For consumers, Vectoria provides 14 calendar days from the first contract to communicate withdrawal without giving a reason. Immediate access does not waive that right. Activation does not require a waiver, and included AI already used is not deducted from the refund.

Use “Withdraw from purchase” in your account to open the transaction in Paddle. Paddle provides an online withdrawal function in its portal for eligible EU transactions during the applicable period. You can also communicate withdrawal to Paddle or [email protected] without a prescribed form. Keep your submission confirmation or reference.

The relevant refund is processed to the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed, without a withdrawal fee. It is made within the applicable statutory deadline, generally fourteen days after notice of withdrawal. Access associated with the refunded purchase ends. More favourable mandatory rights in your country prevail, including applicable renewal rights such as those Paddle provides for certain UK annual renewals.

Commercial compatibility guarantee for professionals

We retain the first-payment compatibility guarantee: if a reproducible issue prevents Civil from installing or running on a compatible Windows x64 system, report it within fourteen calendar days of the first payment. If reasonable support cannot resolve it, the first payment is refunded in full and the affected subscription cancelled. This is not a free trial and the guarantee period does not restart with each payment.

For an annual or Studio subscription, this guarantee refunds the complete first transaction and ends all rights and seats under that contract. It is not prorated by user. It does not restrict other remedies for a product that does not conform to the contract.

Problems and other refunds

If the product materially fails to meet the contract, contact support so we can resolve it. Applicable statutory remedies remain available, including repair, bringing the product into conformity, price reduction or termination. Outside statutory rights and the guarantee above, refunds are assessed individually under Paddle’s policy; a request does not guarantee approval.

Paddle processes refunds and corrective documents. Partial refunds adjust the relevant rights or credits without separately charging for included AI already consumed. Full refunds revoke the rights of the refunded payment. Neither refunds nor cancellation authorise erasing contractual history or customers’ local files.
