Vectoria operator

Purchase and service
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for subscriptions sold through its checkout. The applicable entity is identified before payment. Paddle handles transaction payment, taxes, invoices, receipts and refunds; Vectoria licenses the software, operates the service and provides support. The new offer consists of monthly or annual Base, Pro and Studio subscriptions. Existing Beta and Founder contracts retain their accepted conditions. Creating an account, checking prices or requesting information does not itself create a purchase.
Websites and intellectual property
Civil’s website and account portal are at vectoriacivil.com and vectoriacivil.com/portal/. Cost and Viewer are available at cost.vectoriacivil.com and viewer.vectoriacivil.com. Use your account’s official links for access, downloads and payment management.
The brand, software, interfaces, text and materials belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party and open-source components retain their licences. Customer projects and data do not become Vectoria’s property.
Website use and support
Use the website lawfully without interfering with security or other accounts. Documentation describes capabilities available in each version; it does not replace project review or promise certification of results. External websites have their own operators and terms.
The complaints procedure provides email, telephone and postal channels. Vectoria and Paddle channels do not limit buyers’ mandatory rights.
