Cancellation and refund policy
Paddle is the Merchant of Record at checkout and returns amounts to the original payment method where applicable. Vectoria Civil handles license, installation, and technical-support issues. This page summarizes the Private Beta Terms without limiting mandatory rights.
Cancellation
An individual subscription renews monthly and a team contract renews annually. The buyer can prevent the next renewal from the private account, which links to Paddle's secure management flow, or ask [email protected] for help. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless there is a breach or legal requirement.
Consumer withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may communicate withdrawal during the 14 calendar days after purchase, without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected] or using Paddle's channels. Identify the account and state your clear decision to withdraw; no particular form is required. The corresponding amount is returned to the original payment method. Immediate beta access does not by itself waive this right, and the current flow does not request a separate express waiver.
Commercial guarantee for business purchases
If you buy for business or professional use and cannot install or run Vectoria Civil on a compatible Windows x64 computer, report it within 14 calendar days after the first charge. If reasonable support cannot resolve the issue, the first charge is refunded in full and the subscription is canceled. The beta requires Internet for account, licensing, and remote services; contact support before payment if compatibility is unclear.
Scope for annual team contracts
When the commercial guarantee above applies to the first charge of an annual team contract, Vectoria Civil refunds the first annual transaction in full and cancels the complete contract. The refund is not partial or prorated per license: every named license and any paid capacity not yet assigned under that contract are revoked. Notice must be given within 14 calendar days after the first annual charge, and a reproducible defect must prevent deployment or operation of Vectoria Civil on compatible hardware without being reasonably resolved through support. This commercial guarantee for business buyers does not limit mandatory rights that may apply to consumers.
Other refunds and mandatory rights
Other refunds are considered reasonably. Paddle processes the refund and transaction credit documents where applicable. This policy does not limit mandatory conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, termination, guarantee, or compensation rights.
