Founders Private Beta Terms
Submitting an application does not accept a paid offer, create a subscription, reserve a seat or cause a charge. If selected, you will receive the then-current price and localised terms and must accept them separately before any checkout. International checkout is currently disabled.
1. Current programme structure
- Programme: Vectoria Civil Founders Private Beta.
- Audience: selected civil-engineering professionals, sole traders, practices and companies.
- Access: invitation only; an application is not an invitation.
- Commercial equivalent after activation: Pro-equivalent access during Private Beta.
- Default device limit after activation: 2 devices.
- Payment, pricing and tax terms: not offered through the international application form and shown separately if checkout later opens.
2. Professional use only
The Private Beta is intended exclusively for professional or business use in the technical sector. Any future purchase flow will require a separate declaration of professional use and may include market-specific eligibility, billing and tax conditions.
3. Separate, traceable acceptance
The application records contact consent and the versions of the notices presented. It is not a checkout acceptance. Before any payment, an invited applicant must separately accept the then-current Terms of Use, these Private Beta Terms, the Privacy Notice, professional-use declaration, beta-risk acknowledgement and professional-review duty. The acceptance is recorded with applicable document versions and time.
4. Beta risk
Private Beta may contain defects, limitations, interruptions, behavioural changes or unfinished features. If an installer is not digitally signed, the private account will identify the release channel and version and display its SHA-256 for integrity verification.
5. Technical outputs
All Software and AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed and validated by a suitably qualified professional before technical, contractual, administrative, construction, financial or safety-related use. See AI and professional review.
6. Temporary validation features
Additional capabilities may be enabled temporarily for validation. They do not create a permanent entitlement and may be changed, removed or assigned to another plan with reasonable notice.
7. Billing
No billing occurs when you apply. If international checkout later opens, the invitation and checkout will show the approved price, currency, tax treatment, renewal interval and billing details before acceptance. Any test price or earlier marketing hypothesis is not a binding offer.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Applicable cancellation, renewal and refund terms will be shown before a future purchase and will depend on the approved offer and mandatory law. No cancellation or refund right is triggered by an application because no purchase or charge occurs.
9. Leaving Private Beta
Any transition to a stable commercial channel, protected-price period and later renewal price will be described in the offer accepted by an invited applicant. No such commercial right is created by an application.
10. Relationship with general terms
These specific terms operate with the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. The Spanish text is the controlling version if an inconsistency arises from translation, without prejudice to mandatory law.
