Founders Private Beta Terms
Global applications have no numerical cap, do not reserve a place, and may remain on the waitlist. Capacity counts one place for each individual purchase and one place for each company with a team contract, irrespective of N. Each place contributes one feedback participant or representative. Paid unassigned licenses remain within the contracted and billable quantity, but do not add cohort places. Purchase is completed through Paddle only with a valid invitation, the applicable enabled gate, and sufficient capacity.
1. Current programme structure
- Program: Vectoria Civil Founders Private Beta.
- Spain/EUR price: €90/month total, taxes included, for the individual offer.
- United States and international/USD price: $99/month plus applicable taxes shown by Paddle for the individual offer.
- Capacity: one global cohort of 20 Founder places; each individual purchase counts as one and each company with a team contract counts as one, without multiplication by N licenses. Each place corresponds to one feedback participant or representative. An application, invitation, or offer does not reserve a place.
- Access: invitation only, subject to the applicable gate, and Pro-equivalent during Private Beta.
- Protected period: throughout Private Beta and 12 months after the first stable release; it is not a lifetime price.
- Device limit: up to 2 devices per named license.
- Current compatibility: Windows x64; Internet is required for account, license, and remote services.
1A. Annual USD team contract
- Private server-issued offer for N named licenses, where N is between 1 and 20, when one Founder place remains available for the company.
- Base price: $1,188 per license/year plus applicable taxes displayed by Paddle before payment.
- One checkout and annual renewal with quantity=N; there is no public quantity selector.
- The buyer manages billing but does not automatically receive a license.
- Each authorized user receives one personal license, up to two devices, and an individual monthly AI budget; there is no shared credit pool.
- N remains the named quantity purchased and billed. The company contract occupies one Founder place and contributes one feedback representative; paid licenses that are not yet assigned consume no additional cohort places.
- Vectoria Civil assists with assignment, revocation, and reassignment. The MVP has no quantity changes, prorating, or automatic partial refunds.
2. Who may buy
A person aged at least 18 may buy as a consumer or for business or professional use. An entity may buy through a representative with sufficient authority. The purchase type must be selected before checkout and does not remove mandatory rights that apply based on the real purpose of the purchase.
Vectoria Civil is technical beta software. Outputs intended for technical, contractual, regulatory, construction, financial, or safety-related use must be reviewed by a suitably qualified professional, including where the buyer is a consumer. 3. Separate, traceable acceptance
An application records separate contact consent and the versions of the notices presented; it is not checkout acceptance. Before payment, the user expressly accepts the current Terms of Use and these Private Beta Terms, confirms receipt or review of the Privacy Notice, chooses consumer or business purchase, confirms being at least 18, and acknowledges beta risk and qualified-review requirements. Contractual, legal, and legitimate-interest processing does not depend on general privacy consent. Acceptance is recorded with applicable document versions, time, and minimum evidence; Paddle also presents its terms before payment.
4. Beta risk
Private Beta may contain defects, limitations, interruptions, behavioural changes or unfinished features. If an installer is not digitally signed, the private account will identify the release channel and version and display its SHA-256 for integrity verification.
5. Technical outputs
All Software and AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed and validated by a suitably qualified professional before technical, contractual, administrative, construction, financial or safety-related use. See AI and professional review.
6. Temporary validation features
Additional capabilities may be enabled temporarily for validation. They do not create a permanent entitlement and may be changed, removed or assigned to another plan with reasonable notice.
7. Seller, payment, and taxes
No billing occurs when you apply. For an invited buyer, Paddle is the Merchant of Record: it charges the applicable market price, handles tax based on buyer information, and issues the transaction invoice or receipt. Vectoria Civil licenses the Software and provides technical support. Check that checkout matches the offer: Spain is €90 total; United States and international markets have a $99 subtotal plus displayed taxes. If it does not match, do not complete payment and contact support.
For an annual team offer, the buyer must also confirm that checkout shows exactly N licenses, a $1,188 base subtotal per license/year, annual renewal, and applicable taxes. Authorized users do not see price, invoices, buyer tax details, or the Paddle portal.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless there is a breach or legal requirement. Paddle processes payment cancellations and refunds through the links available from the private account or with support assistance.
Consumers: may communicate withdrawal during the 14 calendar days after purchase, without giving a reason, through [email protected] or Paddle's channels. The corresponding amount is returned to the original method. Immediate beta access does not by itself waive withdrawal, and the current flow does not request the separate express waiver required for any lawful loss of that right. Mandatory conformity, guarantee, repair, price-reduction, and termination rights remain unaffected.
Business or professional buyers: receive a full refund of the first charge and subscription cancellation when a reproducible defect prevents installation or operation of the Software on compatible Windows x64 hardware, they report it within 14 calendar days after the first charge, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through support. Other refunds are considered reasonably without limiting mandatory law.
Annual team contract: when the guarantee above applies, Vectoria Civil refunds the first annual transaction in full and cancels the complete contract. The refund is not partial or prorated per license: every named license and any paid capacity not yet assigned under the contract are revoked. This B2B commercial guarantee does not limit mandatory rights that may apply to consumers.
9. Leaving Private Beta
The Founder price applies during Private Beta and for 12 months after the first stable release. The later renewal moves to the then-current Pro price after advance notice and an opportunity to cancel. An application alone creates no pricing or access right.
10. Relationship with general terms
These specific terms operate with the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. The Spanish text is the controlling version if an inconsistency arises from translation, without prejudice to mandatory law.
11. Complaints
License, operation, and support complaints may be submitted under the remote complaints procedure. Payment, tax, transaction invoice or receipt, and refund matters may also be raised with Paddle. These channels do not limit mandatory rights or access to competent authorities and courts.
