Owner

Vectoria Civil is a software product owned by Juan Francisco Rodríguez del Rosario, an individual with Spanish tax identification number 78522240X who uses “Vectoria Civil” as the product name. The owner develops the Software and, when contracting is legally and technically enabled, licenses it, operates the service, and provides technical support.

Checkout seller

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for the subscription offered through the current checkout. Paddle enters into the sale transaction, charges the buyer, determines and handles applicable taxes, issues the transaction invoice or receipt, and processes payment cancellations and refunds under its terms. Before payment, checkout identifies Paddle and displays the total price, billing frequency, taxes, and Paddle terms. Vectoria Civil remains the licensor of the Software and is responsible for operating the service and providing technical support.

The official public website is https://vectoriacivil.com and the private account is at https://vectoriacivil.com/portal/. Once a release is published, installer downloads and access management are provided through that authenticated account; payment, invoice or receipt, and refund management links to Paddle's secure environment where applicable.

Business activity

Development of technical software for civil engineering, including modelling, surveying, checks, technical documentation and AI-assisted features. Applications are free and do not create a contract or charge. Subscriptions are offered only after the owner has completed the applicable administrative registrations and checkout has been expressly enabled.

Intellectual property

The software, trade name, interfaces, text, graphics, documentation and associated materials belong to the owner or its licensors. Their use is limited by the applicable terms and licences.

Third-party services and content

Checkout and payment management are provided through Paddle as described above. The NASA Blue Marble global background is obtained directly from the public NASA Global Imagery Browse Services (GIBS), without a NASA account or key and without an additional Vectoria Civil charge, and is subject to NASA's published terms, attribution, privacy practices and availability. Official references: NASA Earthdata data-use guidance, Blue Marble Next Generation metadata, and NASA privacy policy. Other WMS services configured by the user are governed by their respective providers' terms.

Use of this site

You must be at least 18 and use this site diligently and lawfully. You must not interfere with security, use abusive automation, publish private download links or attempt to access restricted areas.
