These terms cover new Base, Pro and Studio subscriptions and preserve existing Beta and Founder customers’ rights. Who provides the service Vectoria is the brand under which Juan Francisco Rodríguez del Rosario, Spanish tax ID 78522240X, develops and licenses Vectoria Civil, Vectoria Cost and Vectoria Viewer. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. It concludes the purchase, collects payment, determines transaction taxes and issues the invoice or receipt. The applicable Paddle entity is identified at checkout and in its Buyer Terms. Vectoria licenses and provides the product and technical support. These separate roles do not reduce buyers’ legal rights. 2. Your plan Catalog reference prices in USD. Applicable taxes are added. The monthly equivalents of USD 75, USD 150 and USD 291.67 compare plans; they are not monthly charges. Annual savings against twelve monthly payments are USD 180, USD 360 and USD 700 respectively (16.67%, rounded). The annual total prevails over any rounded monthly equivalent. Each authorised user receives a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence; software is licensed, not sold. Civil allows up to two devices per user under the account and plan limits. Studio includes five named seats in total, not five in addition to the buyer. Unassigned seats remain included in the price. An administrator assigns or revokes seats; reassignment ends the previous user’s access without creating another seat or deleting that user’s personal files. Civil requires a compatible Windows x64 system and internet access for authentication, licensing and remote services. Cost and Viewer run in a compatible browser; performance depends on the device and project size. Check requirements and demonstrations before purchase. External agent services or subscriptions used through MCP are purchased separately from their provider. 3. Direct purchase and business details Select your plan and billing period, identify your account and review the payment summary. These plans do not require an application, invitation or selection. You must be at least 18 or have authority to represent the buyer. Purchased access is enabled once payment is confirmed and appears in your account; no commercial invitation email is required. If purchasing as a business or professional, enter the name of the purchasing business or professional in Vectoria. We keep it with the purchase and send it to Paddle to prefill checkout. You may optionally add a full billing address and a local tax or company registration number in Vectoria for your invoice. We send these details to Paddle before payment and checkout receives them already completed. The identifier is recorded as a company reference; it does not request or establish a tax exemption. If you need to validate a VAT ID, enter it in Paddle. VAT registration is not required to purchase as a business. We may receive the details and status necessary to associate the subscription, evidence the contract and handle issues. Check them before confirming: tax exemptions or reverse charges depend on validation and applicable rules, not simply selecting “business”. Vectoria uses USD as its catalog reference currency. Paddle may offer payment in an available local currency and calculate its amount. Before you confirm payment, checkout shows the payment currency, total, taxes, billing frequency and renewal. Review that amount in the stated currency: the catalog reference does not promise the same numerical charge in another currency. Consumer information provides the total including applicable taxes once the details needed to calculate them are available. Base prices do not absorb taxes. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees for payment from another currency. Keep the confirmation, invoice and accepted version of these terms; you can also download this document. 4. Included AI credits Each subscription includes a managed AI usage allowance equal to 10% of the USD catalog reference price for the plan and period actually purchased, excluding taxes and adjusted proportionally for discounts, proration and refunds. Payment fees do not reduce this basis. Converting the payment currency does not change the AI allowance included in your plan: it is not calculated as 10% of the number of euros, yen or other currency charged, or of what Vectoria receives after currency conversion. This is not withdrawable money or a price refund. It is an allowance for AI service consumption measured and recorded in your account. Before those adjustments, monthly plans include USD 9 for Base, USD 18 for Pro and USD 35 for Studio per period. Annual plans include USD 90, USD 180 or USD 350 in total, allocated across twelve monthly periods: USD 7.50, USD 15 or approximately USD 29.17 per period. Studio keeps internal precision to allocate exactly USD 350; the displayed monthly figure may be rounded. The allowance is shared across included products and, for Studio, its five seats. Annual payment does not unlock the whole AI allowance at once. Unused included allowance expires at the end of its monthly period without rolling over; your account shows its balance and renewal date. Work in progress may reserve allowance until final usage is known. When it is exhausted, new managed AI operations stop: there is no automatic overage charge. Manual tools follow the product’s active access rights. A partial refund proportionally reduces the allowance still available for the affected period. A full refund ends rights associated with that payment without charging separately for AI already used. This never reduces a mandatory refund right. AI and external agents require professional review as explained in the AI information. 5. Renewal and cancellation The subscription renews automatically for the same monthly or annual period unless cancelled before the next renewal. Your account and payment management show the renewal date and applicable amount. Annual renewal charges another full annual amount, not its monthly equivalent. Cancel the next renewal from your account, the secure Paddle portal or with support assistance. Access continues to the end of the paid period, except following a refund, serious breach or legal requirement. Cancelling renewal does not withdraw from the purchase or automatically refund the current period. See the cancellation and refund policy. If payment fails, Paddle may notify you and retry. Vectoria displays subscription status and may suspend access not covered by a valid payment. Corresponding rights return when payment is resolved. Cancellation does not automatically erase the account or contractual history. Plan upgrades that keep the same billing frequency take effect once payment of the prorated difference for the remaining period is confirmed. The calculation includes credit for unused time on the previous plan. Plan downgrades and all changes between monthly and annual billing are scheduled for the next renewal: you keep your existing plan and paid period until that date, with no advance charge for scheduling the change. The effective date and next payment are shown before you confirm. A change of plan, price or frequency must show the payment currency, new amount, taxes, effective date and any proration before you confirm it. Previewing a change is not chargeable. Changes for future renewals are notified sufficiently in advance and require consent where the law requires it. A paid period keeps its agreed price. 6. Beta and Founder customers These terms do not automatically migrate or replace a Beta or Founder contract. Its prices, protection period, scope and tax conditions continue under the documents and commitments accepted for that contract. The account redesign does not restart a subscription, erase data or alter its history. A customer with protected conditions moves to the new scheme only by an express decision after its effects have been explained. Original conditions remain available in the legal centre and contractual records. A price for new customers is not an automatic change to a protected price. 7. Your projects and account You retain rights in your projects and results. You must have permission to use your data and keep appropriate backups. Opening a local file grants us no rights in it and does not imply cloud synchronisation. Data sent when you activate remote functions is explained in the privacy policy. Accounts and seats are personal to named users. Do not share passwords, tokens or private download links. Studio administrators manage seats and billing; each user must be identified. An account used only to administer the purchase does not create a sixth seat. Unlawful use, interference with security, licence circumvention and reverse engineering beyond legally permitted rights are prohibited. Do not include special-category personal data, criminal records, children’s data, full payment card numbers, credentials or secrets in data sent to the service, AI or support without a prior specific agreement. The data processing agreement applies when Vectoria processes data for a professional customer. 8. Technical use and third-party services Vectoria assists technical work; it does not replace a competent professional. Review geometry, quantities, standards, budgets, reports and AI suggestions before using them in decisions, designs, contracts, construction or certifications. Results are not administrative approvals, compliance certifications or safety guarantees. Capabilities depend on the product, version and regulatory profile actually available. Language does not select project standards. If activated in Civil, NASA Blue Marble is an August 2004 global reference image with a nominal 500 m resolution; it is not current mapping or suitable for setting out or boundaries. Provider terms and attribution apply, as do the terms of any other maps configured by the user. Open-source components keep their licences and notices. MCP connection does not include an external agent account, its charges or guaranteed availability. The user must authorise access and limit it to what is necessary. 9. Continuity, updates and liability Vectoria provides the service with due care and may deliver improvements and security or compatibility updates. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every AI task will succeed without errors. Material issues receive support and the applicable contractual and statutory remedies. Consumers retain mandatory rights concerning conformity, bringing the service into conformity, price reduction, termination and damages. No term excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or any liability that cannot legally be limited. The user’s professional review duty does not relieve Vectoria of its contractual obligations. For business customers, subject to those non-excludable cases, contractual liability for direct loss is capped at the amount paid for the affected subscription in the twelve months before the event. Indirect loss and lost profits are excluded except where legally required. This limit does not restrict data subjects’ rights or liability that cannot be limited under the GDPR. 10. Contact, complaints and applicable law Contact soporte@vectoriacivil.com for access and support, privacidad@vectoriacivil.com for personal data and security@vectoriacivil.com for security incidents. The complaints procedure also provides telephone and postal channels. Withdrawal and payment rights can be exercised with Paddle; Vectoria helps identify a transaction without asking for full card details. The licence and service relationship with Vectoria is governed by Spanish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence or their competent courts. Business disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria unless mandatory jurisdiction applies. Purchases from Paddle follow its terms with the same reservation of mandatory rights. Consumers are not required to arbitrate or waive legal action.
