Cookies and local storage

Vectoria adds no advertising tracking of its own in this edition. Account access, tax-inclusive price estimates and payment use the services and technologies explained here.

Browsing and account access

Vectoria adds no advertising pixels or third-party analytics services to this commercial website edition. Paddle’s use for pricing and payments is described separately below. Its interface interaction events do not themselves send data to a tracking provider. Loading a demonstration or remembering a session control does not authorise advertising.

Civil’s authenticated portal uses first-party technical cookies: vectoria_csrf for request protection, for up to thirty days; vectoria_session for the session, limited to the access token’s lifetime, normally one hour; and vectoria_refresh to renew access, for up to thirty days. Access cookies are Secure and HttpOnly. The CSRF cookie is readable by the interface so it can return the security check. Signing out removes access cookies.

Cost and Viewer have their own sessions and policies on their domains. A shared account does not turn every product cookie into a Civil website cookie. Signing out does not delete projects saved in the browser.

Pricing and payment through Paddle

When tax estimates are enabled, the pricing page and account area load Paddle before checkout opens. The connection sends Paddle your IP address and technical browser data to estimate your location, together with the queried USD prices. Vectoria does not attach an email, tax identifier, billing address or projects to this request. Its purpose is to display prices including tax, not to perform Vectoria analytics or advertising. Requesting a price neither creates a purchase nor authorises a charge.

If a valid estimate is unavailable, we display the price excluding tax and label it accordingly. Paddle presents the final calculation before payment, using the fiscal details you enter there once for that purchase.

Checkout and billing management also load Paddle. As an independent controller, Paddle describes its cookies and other technologies, purposes, durations and controls in its privacy information. Its functions include security, fraud prevention, payments and subscriptions. The functional purpose of our pricing request does not authorise optional third-party tracking or replace consent where required.

Your controls

You can remove cookies and storage in your browser; this may sign you out and remove preferences or locally saved files. Back up projects before clearing an application’s storage.

The historical vectoria_cookie_consent_v1 preference may remain after visiting a previous website edition; it does not activate analytics here. If non-essential technologies are added, appropriate information and consent will be provided before loading them, with equally accessible rejection and withdrawal. You do not need to accept advertising to purchase or use your account.
